Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
